Melissa's Testimony from Hearing God's Voice
I would definitely recommend Hearing God's Voice class to all church
members.
My whole life I've been exposed to humanistic interpretations of God's desire
and will. Through non-faith based expressions and communication, and
perhaps without those "Christians" even being aware, Christians have lost
their testimony. I have been to many churches from Baptist, Pentecostal,
non-denominational, and there is a lacking of faith. Faith is crucial in our walk
with Christ. Faith is the evidence of things not seen, but hoped for. And when
we are truly opened to God's heart we can hear His voice. If we just be quiet
for a moment we can actually hear what He has to say.  
I know without a doubt that God brought me to the Bridge Church. I had been
on a long journey going nowhere, and he sweetly guided me into His
presence and in the hands of my family at the Bridge. It wasn't pure
coincidence. It was an act of God. And He did it because he hears our voice.
And our inner voice. When our soul is in desperate need of repair and love,
He's there to heal us and save us.  
Hearing God's Voice  has drawn me closer to the Lord and has made me
aware of God's awareness of His people. We as Christians should have a
constant communication lifestyle with Christ and should allow Him to lead our
way. This class has demonstrated God's love and purpose for His people. He
cares so much about His flock and wants us to care about each other through
prophetic edification. If more churches allowed their prophetic giftings to flow,
more people would be on the right path and fulfilling God's plan for their lives.
We as humans struggle on a daily basis with issues of life and we need to
support our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ - not waisting time gossiping
and complaining. These things don't have God's blessing attached. God has
a sensitive heart, and we should pray and fast for each other.
After this class, I can truly, openly, and honestly say that I'm more in love with
Christ. I have witnessed how He has touched the lives of many with the
prophetic words. It's because He loves His people so much. He cares about
the little things we go through that may not seem important to others, but
drastically affect us.
So I encourage everyone to take a leap of faith, and "hear God's voice!"
